What is NDA Exam?

 
The National Defence Academy NDA is a national Level defence entrance exam for admission in Army, Navy and Air Force and Indian Naval Academy Course (INAC). NDA Exam occurs two times in a year. NDA conducts exam in two-phase.

NDA Written Test Preparation 2020

 
The NDA Exam Written Exam has two papers on the same day. On the First shift, there will be the mathematics exam and on the second shift, General Ability Test (GAT).
 
The Mathematics and GAT question papers mainly cover Class Metric and Intermediate levels.
 
All Questions are in MCQ Format. Both Paper Covers 900 marks having Maths of 300 marks and General Ability Test (GAT) for 600 marks.
 

Mathematics Syllabus of NDA 2020

 
The Mathematics Paper has a total of 120 questions. Total Marks in this section is of 300. For all correct answer, 2.5 marks awarded. But for each correct answer, and one-third marks is deducted for each wrong answer. Candidates should have better command on the maths paper as there are less than 3 hours. Attempting More Questions are required. Candidates can first try the easy questions and escape the hard one. They can attempt hard questions at the end if they get some left time.
 
The question paper of Mathematics and General Ability Test (GAT) is asked in both English and Hindi languages. So that candidates all over India should be comfortable with the question paper.

Geometrical problems, Application of Moment of Force and Dot Product. Statistics and Probability Mean, Median and Mode, Variance and standard deviation. NDA Syllabus 2020 For General Ability Test

 
The general Ability test is further divided into two sections. The first section is English and the second section comprises of the G.K, G.S, and Social Science. Most of these Part II Section is of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology

NDA Eligibility For Nationality

 
  • Aspirant Can be be the Citizen of India / Refugee of Nepal / Subject of Nepal or Bhutan ( came to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently being the citizen of India).
 
  • Candidates of Indian origin from Burma, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, east African countries of Tanzania. Uganda, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, and Ethiopia or Vietnam with the intention of being the citizen of India can also apply for NDA 2020.
 

NDA Eligibility 2020 – Age Limit

 
  • Candidates must have born on between July 2, 2001 to July 1, 2004. The age limit for NDA 2020 is 16 years to 19 years approximately.
 
  • The Date of Birt will be accepted as per the class 10th and class 12th mark sheet or admit card. Candidates have to show their admit card or date of Birt Proof in the NDA 5 days interview process. After manual verification of Documents Candidates for the interview.
 

Marital Status

 
  • Only unmarried male candidates from the above-mentioned nationality can apply for this exam. Candidates do not get to marry until they complete their Complete training at NDA.
 

Other Required Eligibility Criteria For NDA

 
  • The least height prescribed by the official Notification is 157 cms (For Air Force it is 162.5 cms).
 
  • Candidates should fulfil all fitness criteria for this exam. For Gorkhas and candidates who have come from North-Eastern areas of India, Garhwal and Kumaon. The least height will be 5 cms less than the general Height of the candidates. For candidates living in Lakshadweep Region, the least height Criteria is reduced by 2 cms from the general standard.
